We may collect customer name, mobile number, address, pickup or delivery schedule, service selection, order details, payment method, payment reference, notes and transaction history.

2. Why We Use Information

Information is used to process laundry orders, schedule pickup or delivery, contact customers, receive payments, prepare receipts, maintain records, provide customer support and improve operations.

3. Browser Storage and Cookies

The POS uses essential browser storage, including local storage and offline cache, to remember settings, login state, orders, payments, printer preferences, cookie choice and offline data. These are necessary for core operation.

4. Optional Cookies

This version does not use advertising cookies or optional analytics cookies. If such tools are added later, this policy and the cookie notice should be updated.

5. Cloud Services

Online booking information may be stored using Cloudflare Pages, Functions and D1 database services. Data may be processed through those services to operate the booking system.

6. WhatsApp and Payment Providers

If customers use WhatsApp, GCash, Maya or bank transfer, those providers process information according to their own privacy policies and terms.

7. Data Retention

Records may be kept for operational, accounting, dispute-resolution and legal purposes. Local browser data remains on the device until deleted, restored from backup or browser storage is cleared.

8. Data Security

Reasonable safeguards are used, but no online or local storage system is completely secure. Admin keys, login PINs and devices should be protected from unauthorized access.

9. Customer Rights

Customers may request access, correction or deletion of their personal information, subject to legal, accounting and operational retention requirements.

10. Children

The service is intended for customers able to enter into a service transaction. Personal information should not be submitted by children without parent or guardian involvement.

11. Policy Changes

This policy may be updated when systems, services or legal requirements change.
